These terms govern your use of iamamember.net (the "Site"), run by CX Solutions, a company registered in Jamaica, 14 Constant Spring Road, Kingston ("we", "us"). The Site presents our paid Telegram memberships and a Games Hub. Using a specific service is also governed by that service's own terms, which take priority for that service.
1. Acceptance
By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You must not: break the law; copy, scrape or harvest data by automated means without our written permission; probe, scan or test the Site's security; interfere with its operation; upload malware; access accounts or data that are not yours (Cybercrimes Act, 2015); impersonate anyone; or use the Site to send spam.
4. Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its software, design, text, graphics, logos and the names "I Am A Member" are owned by or licensed to CX Solutions and protected by the Copyright Act and other law. Nothing here gives you any right in them except to view the Site as intended.
6. Your content
If you post or upload content, you keep ownership and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it to run the Site. You confirm you have the right to do so and that it is lawful. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
6A. Feedback
If you send us suggestions or ideas, we may use them freely, without payment or attribution.
7. Information on the Site
We try to keep the Site accurate but it is provided for general information. Prices and offers are confirmed only at checkout or in a signed agreement.
8. Links
Links to other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for them.
9. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw the Site at any time.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any right that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other law.

12. Electronic communications
You agree that notices and agreements we give you electronically satisfy any requirement that they be in writing (Electronic Transactions Act).
13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version. The version in force when you use the Site applies.
14. Law and disputes
Governed by the laws of Jamaica. The courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections of your home law.
15. General
If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer these terms to a successor of our business. Terms that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, liability, law) continue after your use ends.
